Yes we offer wholesale on select items.

If your order has arrived damage, we will do our best to compensate you. You will be required to report any damages to us within 3-5 days of delivery. Please email us at Mahaliaorganics@gmail.com with "DAMAGED ORDER" as the subject line. 1. You will be required to submit 3-5 clear photos with no filters. 2. A picture of your packing slip 3. and last a detailed description of the damage. We will do our best to replace each damage product with the same scent, variant, and size. You may be offered a similar product if the exact is not in stock.

Yes, yoni products can be used all over.

Unfortunately per our policy. We do not replace or refund orders that were marked delivered by the post office but never arrived.  You are to now file a claim with USPS and we can give you any information about the order that you can’t find. Your package is always insured for up to $100.  Claims can be file online on their website. 

We do not recommend using yoni products inside the vagina. But it is up to you.

We will automatically refund the order, minus the shipping fee that was paid to USPS.

Due to our poducts being handmade and natural, your product designs may vary. The ingredients will always be the same.
